One of the two directors of Waves. Chloe has worked in school, community access and respite settings across NSW and QLD. She found a passion for helping participants accomplish thing's once thought of as inaccessible, and created Waves as a place to do so.

The other director of Waves. Divya has worked across the NDIS for the past three years, and comes from a medical background. Divya hold's a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, and being part of positive changes in the sector.

Mission Statement
Focusing on Wellness and Opportunity for Ability. Our mission at Waves of Ability is to revolutionize how we reach goals within the NDIS, and personally. Founded by two young women, we wanted to create a service which blends reaching milestones with moments of joy, achievement and excitement. Together, let’s redefine impossible, and create a supportive and diverse community, and make some Waves in the disability sector.
